Burnished Gold

Today I’m wearing my burnished gold, burnt orange and bronze dress by Signature and Charles Jourdan sandals.
The cut of the dress is super flattering on most figures and the paisley pattern shows beautifully without taking over the dress. Both items were purchased at #Macy’s.

Mother Nature

Today is about transition; trying to game mother nature. Picky Pants Pickers

My ideal pair of dressy pants have tummy-control flat front with small or no pockets; a mid-rise waist in a stretchy fabric that makes your legs look thinner and hugs your butt just right. For a longer line (and to show off cute shoes), I like a hem that barely covers the top of my shoes and heels.

Knocked Blocked

I’m KNOCKing a soft-grey, bright-pink and black bodcon Sandra Darren color blocked dress (Whew!That’s a lot of adjectives), originally sold by Sears, but I found it a local thrift store.

Color blocked dresses have been trending since 2011, but designers have refreshed the look with less body conscious styling, elegant lines and color blocking with prints.
