KNOCKERS! Lavishly adorn your neck with lovely costume pieces, eccentric scarves and ties to update your look. Some of my best costume jewelry finds have come from my local SPCA and Salvation Army thrift stores. Walmart has a surprisingly nice costume jewelry section. Stalker Tip: wait for the super mega-sales at your local box stores to find newer pieces at the best prices.
