KNOCKERS! Oh My Quad, I’m definitely “feeling myself” after my morning workout! Pre-workout, all I did was spritz my hair with water (to hydrate and lift my hair away from my scalp), finger fluff; then work out and sweat for these popping post-workout curls!
For maintenance, I prefer to “wash and go” daily with conditioner, or just water and styling products to rinse away the sweat and product buildup; I clarify with shampoo and deep condition every 7-10 days. Depending on my mood, I may wrap my hair in a scarf/sweatband or pull it up into a curly pony for additional protection/style during my workouts.
